About Ordering & Registration
What happens after I finished the order?
If you have finished ordering , you will receive your
registration information via the email immediately.
If you do not get your registration information or if
you've lost it, please contact
us directly and send us your name, address,
email address, and order confirmation number (if you
have it).
I paid but have not received my registration email
yet.
Your registration email should be sent once your order
is approved. So the problem may be ...
1. A wrong email address was filled on the order form.
2. Your details on the order form cannot be automatically
authorized by the computer system and should be reviewed
by a human.
3. Our outgoing email was rejected by your ISP.
4. If you have set junk email filters, your registration
email might be deleted as SPAM. Please contact
us and send us the following information
to help locate your order:
1. Email address on order
2. Name on order
I have received the registration email, how to
get my software registered (get the full version)?
1.You can get your registration information from this
email:
(User Name): ###### (Password):******
The ###### is your User Name and the ****** is your
Password.
2. Launch your software
3. Click main menu 'Help'---'Enter Registration Code'
or click Enter Registration Code button in the Reminder
window
4. Enter your User Name and Password which mentioned
above in the User Name box and Password box
Please note that the User Name
and Password are case sensitive and no space in front
of and behind them. Suggest you copy and paste them.
5. Click "OK". The software will turn into
full version automatically.
I have entered the User Name and Password into
the input box, but I get the message "Registration
is failed. Please check the code."
The registration information you have received is
for the latest version of our products. So, if the
file you have downloaded is not the latest version,
please download the latest version, install and register
it.
How much shall I pay for the technical support?
Is it free?
Yes, it's completely free for all.

About Software Upgrades
Our software upgrades are FREE for any customer who
has purchased our products. When the new version is
released, maybe the registration information is changed.
So if you can not register the new version with your
registration code, please feel free to contact
us with your order ID, name and email address.
We will send the new registration code to you ASAP! |
